ABOUT US

We love photography

As a child I played with several cameras, from Diana 120 kid’s camera to a 110 Minolta pocket point and shoot , but my first serious camera was a Canon TL with a 50mm f1.8 lens that was handed down to me by my father in 1982 – my first SLR! That’s when I found out that photography is a whole new and vast world of creativity. Instantly I went from a hobbyist to a serious amateur photographer, and got to work with some well known photographers. From them along with my own work, I gained enough knowledge and experience that I started conducting workshops in Alliance Française de Lahore (French Cultural Center, Lahore), which led to more organized and regular photography classes which I taught for a decade. Soon I opened my own photography studio, where I primarily did advertising/commercial photography and model portfolios.

In 2005 I moved to Canada. Being passionate about photography, I worked in this domain from the very start. A little while later I was joined by one of my former photography students, Sana (who had also moved to Canada) and she started assisting me with wedding photography. Soon, she joined me as a photographer and we now work as a team. Since we both love taking photos of people, we find weddings, model shoots/portfolio, corporate shoots and event photography to be our forte. With the increase in our clientele and their demands, we have recently added video shoots as well. It did not take long for us to realize that while standing alone photography is a great option to capture events, nothing preserves a memory as well as videography. Realizing this, it did not take us long to add videography to our work. With this addition, we are now accelerating ahead in the world of professional photography and videography, as a team of two who combined have studied the art for decades. Working in photography has been a dream of both of ours since we first picked up a camera , since we have opened up our own photography/videography business, we wake up every morning happy to go to work and to put a smile on our customer's face.
